Dr. Celeste Ling anchors general dentistry at Vera, and she believes the best outcomes begin with a conversation. Friendly, attentive, and thorough, she takes the time to make sure every patient is heard, understands their condition, and feels confident in the options ahead of them. Trust, she believes, is built one honest explanation at a time.

Dr. Ling graduated with Honours from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Her clinical skill was recognised early: representing her university, she was named a national finalist at the RCSEd Dentsply Sirona Clinical Skills Competition in 2023.

She went on to practise at the National Dental Centre Singapore, where she rotated through its specialty departments and trained alongside specialists and consultants across the full breadth of dentistry. That foundation shaped the comprehensive, considered approach she brings to general dentistry today. While there, her dedication to patients earned her the NDCS SMILE Award (Service with an extra MILE), an honour given on the strength of patient feedback.

Patients who are anxious about the dentist, or who have put off treatment for years, tend to find their way to Dr. Ling. She has a calm, unhurried way of explaining what will happen before it happens, and of pacing treatment so that nothing feels rushed or sprung on you. Many leave wondering why they waited so long.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Ling can usually be found on a yoga mat, or at Singapore's newest café, restaurant, or bar, enjoying good food and drinks with good company.
